1) What CAD services does DartUp Offer?

• We offer uppermost quality of Paper to CAD services, Mechanical Design, Rendering and Animation services at considerably cost effective prices.

2) Does DartUp offer free sample custom work?

• We are not able to provide free custom work so as to keep our prices low. Samples of actual drawings, before and after, are shown to customers to allow them to see the quality we provide. As all our work is guaranteed there is no risk when using our services.

3) How can I see examples of the services?

4) Can DartUp follow my in-house CAD specs?

• Yes, your CAD specification, title block formats, and any other specific requirements. The delivered CAD files look the same as if they had been created at your location. To check our implementation of your instructions, we provide you the opportunity to examine the first completed CAD file. Any corrections will then be made. The conversion is customized to follow each of the specifications the customer provides and extra features required by the particular job.

1) How fast are drawing conversion jobs completed?

• To see standard turnaround times for jobs of various sizes Click here. The quantity and complexity of the drawing are the major factor affecting the turnaround time for a conversion job, but the number of projects we are working on also affects how fast a job can be completed. To give fast attention to every project and deliver it to the customer quickly and with highest quality, we maintain a production team that is scalable with workload.

2) Can rush requests be honored?

• All jobs are rush jobs at DartUp. Every customer receives the same fast service. Since we have established a business model for workload scalability, there is no separate price for rush service. We believe that every customer deserves the same fast and excellent service no matter how small their job is, so we do not disrupt one customer’s job to give priority to another job.
